Non-stick pans are also among the items not to be put in the dishwasher. As a matter of fact, high temperatures of washing greatly reduces the layer with which they’ve been coated, making them more vulnerable to scratches. So it’s best to proceed with a delicate wash, and in case of tough encrustations, best to let it soak overnight.
